• Performing operational tasks and addressing guest requests promptly.
• Completing reports and providing information on local events and attractions.
• Ensuring adherence to company guidelines, procedures, and confidentiality policies.
• Maintaining company assets and upholding quality standards.
• Presenting a professional appearance and communication style.
• Actively moving, standing, sitting, walking, and handling objects weighing less than 10 pounds as required by the role.
