About the Role

Courtyard by Marriott is seeking a Guest Experience Expert for a full-time position. This role focuses on creating memorable and unique experiences for guests, extending beyond standard check-in and check-out procedures. Guest Experience Experts are empowered to provide a wide range of services, guiding guests throughout their entire stay.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver a wide range of services to guide guests through their stay.
• Process operational needs and address guest requests.
• Complete necessary reports.
• Share highlights and information about the local area.
• Ensure all transactions contribute positively to the overall guest experience.

Qualifications and Experience

• Education: High school diploma or * equivalent.
• Related Work Experience: 0-1 years of experience; no related work experience is required.
• Supervisory Experience: None required.
• License or Certification: None required.
