Information Technology Specialist

About the Role

Mitsubishi Electric Saudi Ltd. is seeking an Information Technology Specialist to manage regional IT requirements in Al Madinah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves configuring, installing, and maintaining IT components, supporting network and hardware administration, and resolving IT support issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Install new software and hardware components.
• Regularly evaluate IT systems to ensure they meet necessary demands.
• Assist with network administration tasks.
• Ensure data storage is safe and secure.
• Resolve IT system and software issues for coworkers.
• Educate coworkers on network security and best practices for computer usage.
• Support the day-to-day operations of the computer network.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in a relevant IT role, with a range of 2-5 years preferred.
• Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
• This position is open to Saudi nationals only.

Location

This role is based in Medina (المدينة المنورة), Al Madinah, Saudi Arabia.

Work Type
