The AMAALA Yacht Club, located within Triple Bay Marina in Tabuk, specifically Al Wajh, features 120 berths for superyachts and a Marina Village. This development emphasizes sustainability and regenerative tourism, preserving natural habitats while establishing Saudi Arabia on the global yachting map. AMAALA is set to host the Grand Finale of The Ocean Race in 2027.

Role Summary

The Information Technology Specialist supports the effective delivery, operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of IT services and solutions. This full-time role involves providing technical support, assisting with daily IT operations, participating in technology projects, and contributing to departmental and organizational objectives within a dynamic hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first and second-level technical support for users, devices, systems, and IT services.
• Assist in maintaining the availability, reliability, and performance of IT systems and services.
• Support the installation, configuration, maintenance, monitoring, and troubleshooting of technology solutions and equipment.
• Assist with the implementation of IT projects, system upgrades, and operational initiatives.
• Support business applications and technology services to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for support, maintenance, and issue resolution.
• Maintain accurate IT documentation, asset inventories, records, and support logs.
• Assist in monitoring system performance and identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Support information security, data protection, and compliance requirements in accordance with company policies.
• Provide technical assistance for meetings, events, and operational activities when required.
• Support business continuity and disaster recovery activities as directed.
• Collaborate with internal departments to support business and operational needs.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices.
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by management in support of IT and business operations.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 years of experience in an Information Technology role.
