Job Purpose:Assist in delivering exceptional service by coordinating logistics, managing guest interactions, and ensuring service quality across departments.
Job Responsibilities:- Coordinate with the Reservations team and service providers to ensure accurate bookings.
- Develop guest-facing communications to enhance experiences.
- Process bookings and manage inquiries through various channels.
- Provide warm welcomes and assist with arrivals and special needs.
- Document and update guest information accurately.
- Participate in alignment and management meetings to address operational issues.
- Analyze guest feedback to propose service improvements.
