نحن نبحث عن شخص متميز للإشراف على خدمات الضيوف في مكتب الاستقبال الخاصة بنا. سيتولى هذا الدور تنسيق وتقديم كافة الخدمات المتعلقة بالحجوزات وتسجيل الدخول والخروج.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
  • الحفاظ على قائمة الحجوزات وتوفير السجلات الورقية الضرورية.
  • تحسين مستوى خدمة العملاء ورضاهم، ومتابعة المنازعات والشكاوى.
  • تطبيق سياسات وإجراءات الفندق.
  • تكوين علاقات تجارية قوية مع وكالات السفر والحجوزات.
  • مراجعة أسعار الفندق وتنظيم الفواتير وفقًا لذلك.

المؤهلات المطلوبة:
  • دبلوم سنتين بعد الثانوية في الإدارة السياحية أو الإرشاد السياحي.

المهارات المطلوبة:
  • خدمة العملاء – مستوى متقدم.
  • إدارة الفنادق – مستوى متقدم.
  • مكتب الاستقبال – مستوى متقدم.
  • تحمل المسؤولية – مستوى متقدم.
  • ترتيب الحجوزات – مستوى متقدم.
  • اللغات: العربية والإنجليزية – مستوى متقدم.
