Responsibilities:
  • Sales Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives, analyze market trends, and prepare sales forecasts.
  • Team Leadership and Management: Recruit, train, and mentor the sales team, monitor team performance, and foster a positive work environment.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, address needs promptly, and develop long-term partnerships.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies.
  • Knowledge of CRM software and sales analytics tools.
