About the Opportunity

FNRCO is seeking a qualified Scuba Diving Instructor to join their team in Yanbu, Al Madinah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is open to professionals with 5-10 years of relevant experience in the field.

Role Summary

The Scuba Diving Instructor will be responsible for delivering high-quality scuba diving instruction and ensuring guest safety within the domestic market. This role involves active teaching, conducting comprehensive safety briefings, and providing an exceptional diving experience to guests.

Mandatory Qualifications and Experience

• PADI Open Water Scuba Instructor (OWSI) rating or higher, in current Teaching Status with membership renewed for the current year.
• Current PADI Emergency First Response (EFR) Instructor rating.
• Valid professional liability insurance, or eligibility to obtain coverage valid in Saudi Arabia prior to start date.
• Minimum 200 logged dives (logbook or digital log to be presented at interview).
• Minimum 12 months of active teaching experience post-certification.
• Diving medical fitness certificate issued within the last 12 months.
• Fluent professional English (spoken and written) and working proficiency in Arabic (spoken), which is mandatory for guest delivery and safety briefings in the domestic market.
• Eligibility for a Saudi employment visa and Iqama sponsorship, or holding a transferable Iqama.

Preferred Skills and Attributes

• Master Scuba Diver Trainer (MSDT) or Specialty Instructor ratings, particularly in Enriched Air (Nitrox), Deep, Night, and Wreck diving.
• Experience diving in the Red Sea and familiarity with regional conditions and marine life.
• Prior experience in luxury resort or high-end guest operations.
• Small boat / RIB handling experience or license; DAN Oxygen Provider certification.
• Basic dive equipment maintenance and compressor operation experience.

This is a full-time position based in Yanbu, Al Madinah, Saudi Arabia, focusing on serving the domestic market.
