About Red Sea Global and Red Sea Sport & Entertainment

Red Sea Global (RSG) is a developer of regenerative tourism destinations. Its subsidiary, Red Sea Sport & Entertainment (RSSE), is responsible for designing and delivering diverse land and marine experiences at The Red Sea destination in Umluj, Tabuk, Saudi Arabia. RSSE operates a portfolio that includes watersports through Galaxea, adventure experiences via Akun, and leisure activities delivered by WAMA. RSSE plays a strategic role in partnership with the Saudi Olympic & Paralympic Committee, promoting inclusive and accessible sports and recreational experiences to support Saudi Vision 2030.

The Watersports Instructor Role

Red Sea Global is seeking a Watersports Instructor to join its team in Umluj, Tabuk, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position requires 2-5 years of relevant experience. The instructor will support the Senior Water Sports Management in activating tourism assets and delivering the water sports program for all visiting guests at The Red Sea Project. This guest-facing role is essential for providing a world-class guest experience and acting as an ambassador for water sports.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure all activities comply with venue-specific standard operating procedures.
  • Maintain cleanliness and proper function of all equipment and venue assets.
  • Actively promote and advocate for all water sports activities within The Red Sea Project, including those not under direct responsibility.
  • Participate in regular review sessions with water sports center management, providing updates on daily operations.
  • Deliver activities in adherence to international rules and regulations as required by venue-specific Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Inspire guests to try new activities, progress through training and accreditation, and explore various water sports.
  • Follow all relevant functional policies, processes, standard operating procedures, and instructions.
  • Assist in preparing accurate and timely functional MIS statements and reports.
  • Apply safety, quality, and environmental management policies to ensure employee safety, legislative compliance, and high-quality service.
  • Contribute to identifying opportunities for continuous improvement in departmental systems, processes, and practices.

Contribution to The Red Sea Project

This role involves supporting the day-to-day operations of all related projects, working closely with hotel operators and The Red Sea Project operations team. As an instructor, you will be an ambassador for The Red Sea Project, shaping the passion for water sports and educating visitors about marine life. Your efforts will contribute to the Kingdom’s ambition to lead in regenerative tourism and support the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030.
