About the Role

Sheraton Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Supervisor Human Resources to join its team in Medina, Al Madinah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves supporting human resources operations, employee relations, and recruitment processes within the hotel environment. The ideal candidate will have 0-1 years of experience in a related field.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in monitoring and tracking employee relations issues, including resolution and follow-up procedures.
  • Support management and the leadership team in handling and resolving Human Resources issues.
  • Monitor all hiring and recruitment processes to ensure compliance with local, state, federal laws, and company policies and standards.
  • Inform Human Resources management of issues related to employee relations.
  • Respond to questions, requests, and concerns from employees and management regarding company and Human Resources programs, policies, and guidelines.
  • Disseminate information to employees related to employer-employee relations, employee activities, and personnel policies and programs.
  • Review and ensure accurate maintenance of all employee records and files, such as interview documents and I-9's.
  • Assist in the logistics, administration, and scheduling of annual employee surveys.
  • Answer phone calls and record messages as required.

Operational Support and Employee Development

  • Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, motivating, and coaching employees.
  • Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to the manager.
  • Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.
  • Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards.
  • Communicate with others using clear and professional language; answer telephones using appropriate etiquette.
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues; support the team to achieve common goals; listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Education: High school diploma or *** equivalent.
  • Related Work Experience: At least 1 year of related work experience.
  • Supervisory Experience: At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
  • License or Certification: None specified.

Physical and Technical Requirements

  • Ability to enter and locate work-related information using computers and/or point of sale systems.
  • Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance.
