About the Role

Ritej Recruitment is seeking a qualified Dermatologist for a full-time, on-site position in Medina, Al Madinah. This role involves the comprehensive diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up of various dermatological conditions within a healthcare facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose, treat, and follow up on common and specialized dermatological conditions in patients.
• Conduct patient consultations and propose appropriate treatment plans.
• Monitor the evolution of patient cases, ensuring compliance with medical protocols and quality standards.
• Participate in authorized dermatological and aesthetic procedures.
• Advise patients on skin care, prevention strategies, and hygiene practices.
• Contribute to maintaining accurate and thorough medical records.

Qualifications and Medical Authorization

• Possession of a recognized Diploma in Dermatology and a specialization.
• Registration with a medical board or competent medical authority.
• Valid authorization to practice medicine.

Required Skills and Competencies

• Clinical Skills: Proficiency in diagnosing diseases of the skin, hair, and nails; experience with common medical and dermatological treatments; and management of dermatological emergencies.
• Technical Skills: Ability to perform authorized dermatological and aesthetic procedures (*, skin biopsies, laser treatments, dermatoscopy); proficient use of medical devices; and strict adherence to safety protocols.
• Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication with patients and multidisciplinary teams; active listening; a pedagogical approach; and adaptability to a multicultural environment.
• Organizational Skills: Rigor in record keeping; efficient management of consultation time; and compliance with internal procedures and current regulations.
