The Role: Receptionist

Almarai is seeking a dedicated and organized individual to join its team as a Receptionist. This full-time position is available in Makkah, King Abdullah Economic City, and Rabigh. The Receptionist plays a key role in managing communications and supporting departmental operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend to and answer incoming telephone and radio calls.
• Communicate calls and messages to the respective departments efficiently.
• Maintain an accurate log of all outgoing and incoming calls.
• Inform the Shift Manager of all issues pertinent to the department.

Qualifications and Experience

• Candidates should possess 0-1 years of relevant experience.

Work Environment

This is a full-time role within Almarai's operations, contributing to the daily functionality of the company in a dynamic environment. The position is based in one of the following cities: Makkah, King Abdullah Economic City, or Rabigh.
