We are seeking a dedicated Senior Production Manager to join our team in the Makkah region, covering locations such as Makkah, King Abdullah Economic City, and Rabigh.

Role Overview

The Senior Production Manager will be responsible for leading and managing end-to-end seafood production operations. This full-time role encompasses Shrimp, Salmon, and Multi-Purpose processing lines, focusing on ensuring production efficiency, maintaining product quality, upholding food safety compliance, optimizing yield, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to meet business objectives and customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily production operations across all seafood processing and packing lines.
• Ensure strict compliance with HACCP, SFDA regulations, ISO standards, and all food safety requirements.
• Drive production efficiency, maximize yield, and actively minimize waste and processing losses.
• Manage manpower, equipment, and resources effectively to achieve established production targets.
• Monitor all seafood processing activities, including filleting, trimming, grading, portioning, glazing, freezing, and packaging.
• Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to enhance operational excellence and product consistency.
• Lead, coach, and develop production teams to improve overall performance and technical capability.
• Collaborate closely with Quality, Maintenance, Planning, and HSE teams to ensure smooth and integrated operations.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities across all manufacturing processes.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Production Management, Seafood Processing Technology, or a closely related field.
• A minimum of 10-15 years of experience in seafood processing and food manufacturing operations.
• Proven experience in a leadership role specifically within seafood production.

Essential Skills and Knowledge

• Strong knowledge of seafood processing technologies, yield management, and cold-chain operations.
• HACCP certification and knowledge of ISO 22000 are highly desirable.
• Experience in plant commissioning, SOP development, and continuous improvement initiatives will be considered an advantage.

Work Location

This full-time position is based in the Makkah region, with potential assignments across our facilities in Makkah, King Abdullah Economic City, or Rabigh.
