The Role: QSHE Coordinator (Sales)

Almarai is seeking a QSHE Coordinator (Sales) to join its team in Makkah. This full-time position is suitable for professionals with 0-1 years of experience. The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure compliance with QSHE management systems within the region, thereby meeting the needs of consumers and customers through the effective implementation of QSHE strategies, standards, policies, and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the implementation of the Quality, Safety, Health & Environment (QSHE) Management System to exceed customer and consumer expectations.
• Support the identification of business risks and the execution of divisional QSHE strategies to mitigate potential threats.
• Conduct internal audits across all regional functions in alignment with QSHE management systems, identifying areas for improvement and recommending suitable corrective actions.
• Assist in incident investigations by performing root cause analysis and implementing appropriate corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Manage consumer and customer complaints, accident investigations, product recalls, and Municipality-related issues.
• Deliver regional technical training to functional staff regarding QSHE strategies, policies, and procedures.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science or Health, Safety, and Security (HSS) is preferred.
• ISO 9001:2008 Lead Auditor IRCA certification.
• NEBOSH Diploma or Occupational Health and Safety qualification (CMIOSH).
• Experience in ISO/HACCP implementation within certified companies.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English.

Essential Competencies

• Knowledge of integrated QSHE management systems.
• Proficiency in QSHE processes, including implementation, updating, and improvement.
• Competence in risk assessment processes.
• Technical report writing skills.
• Problem-solving skills and root cause analysis capabilities.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position based in Makkah. The QSHE Coordinator will operate within a dynamic environment, contributing to the maintenance of high quality, safety, health, and environmental standards across regional functions.
