The Commercial Manager Role

Gulf Carbonate is seeking a Commercial Manager for a full-time, on-site position based in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This role is central to overseeing the company's commercial operations across its trading and service lines. The Commercial Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing pricing strategies, leading contract negotiations, and managing business planning to ensure profitable and compliant execution of commercial agreements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage key customer accounts and cultivate strong client relationships.
• Identify and pursue new market opportunities to drive growth.
• Coordinate with internal logistics, technology, and finance teams to optimize margins and ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor market trends and prepare detailed commercial reports.
• Lead a team to achieve revenue and growth targets.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in commercial management.
• Demonstrated experience in pricing strategies, contract negotiation, and business planning.
• Proven ability to manage customer accounts and identify market opportunities.
• Strong understanding of commercial agreements and compliance.
