Key Responsibilities

• Supervising the junior kitchen team: Overseeing line cooks and providing support as needed in the absence of senior chefs to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Maintaining kitchen cleanliness: Keeping all work areas clean, tidy, and free of cross-contamination.
• Ensuring food quality and storage compliance: Monitoring ingredient quality, ensuring proper storage and stock rotation.
• Upholding regulatory standards: Maintaining compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations to ensure the highest standards of guest and team member wellbeing.
