About the Role

Daob is seeking a Digital Marketing Generalist / Growth Marketer to join its team in Makkah, with work locations in Jeddah and Makkah. This full-time role requires a versatile individual capable of bridging performance-driven paid acquisition with fast-paced content creation. The position involves testing ad creative concepts, producing short-form videos, writing compelling copy, and executing paid advertising campaigns across various digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Launch, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and Google Ads.
• Monitor daily spend, analyze campaign performance metrics including CPA, ROAS, and CTR, and adjust targeting strategies as needed.
• Prepare actionable performance reports to support continuous growth initiatives.
• Brainstorm, script, and shoot high-converting short-form videos in a UGC style using a smartphone.
• Edit fast-paced videos tailored for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts using tools like CapCut.
• Identify and leverage social media trends, viral sounds, and content formats relevant to the target audience.
• Write clear and persuasive ad copies, including hooks, value propositions, and calls-to-action, designed for conversion.
• Draft scripts for video ads and engaging captions for daily social media posts.
• Maintain visual brand consistency across digital channels using tools such as Canva and AI image generators.
• Design simple ad creatives, story frames, and thumbnails efficiently without requiring a dedicated graphic designer.

Required Experience

Candidates should possess 0-1 years of experience in a relevant digital marketing role. The ideal candidate will be fast-learning and execution-driven.

Work Type and Location

This is a full-time position based in the Makkah region, with operations in Jeddah and Makkah.
