Kitopi utilizes a proprietary smart kitchen operating system (SKOS) to enhance speed, efficiency, and quality in its operations.

Role Summary

The Executive Chef is a full-time, on-site position based in Jeddah, Makkah. This role is responsible for overseeing kitchen operations and ensuring consistent, high-quality food production across assigned outlets. The Executive Chef will manage kitchen teams and contribute to menu development and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead kitchen operations and ensure consistent, high-quality food production.
• Oversee menu execution, recipe standardization, and plating standards.
• Maintain food safety, hygiene, and compliance with company and regulatory standards.
• Manage and mentor kitchen teams, including recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance management.
• Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement within the kitchen.
• Manage inventory and cost control, coordinating with procurement.
• Monitor kitchen efficiency and collaborate with operations and brand teams on new menus and promotions.
• Analyze customer feedback and review SKOS data to optimize processes.
• Drive innovation in dishes and workflows to enhance guest experience and brand performance.

Qualifications and Experience

• 5-10 years of experience in a relevant culinary role.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage kitchen operations.
• Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations.

Work Environment

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Jeddah. The Executive Chef will work within a dynamic environment focused on culinary innovation and operational efficiency.
