EY Tax GCR Director Role

About the Role

EY is seeking a Senior Manager, MENA Tax - Global Compliance & Reporting, to join its GCR team in Jeddah or Makkah. This full-time role involves leading complex engagements and contributing to the growth of the GCR practice. The position requires 5-10 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Combine technical skills with commercial, legislative, and industry knowledge to lead a team in providing tax services.
• Manage clients’ compliance and reporting needs.
• Establish, maintain, and strengthen internal and external relationships, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
• Manage client engagements daily, monitoring progress and deliverables.
• Implement standardized processes.
• Anticipate and identify risks, escalate issues, and drive performance-improvement solutions.
• Supervise high-performing teams and foster a positive learning culture, coaching junior team members.
• Ensure adherence to Tax Quality guidelines.
