FINANCE SPECIALIST

About the Role

JTI is seeking a Finance Specialist to join their team in Jiddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is central to managing daily accounting operations, ensuring precise financial reporting, and maintaining robust internal controls within a multinational environment. The Finance Specialist will support compliance, financial closings, and business decision-making, collaborating with regional and global finance teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage general ledger activities, ensuring compliance with IFRS, Saudi GAAP, company policies, and local tax regulations.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial closing processes, including balance sheet and P&L analysis.
• Coordinate with the Global Business Services (GBS) team in Poland on general ledger, intercompany, and Accounts Receivable matters, resolving complex or escalated issues.
• Handle intercompany accounting processes, including reconciliations, cross-charges, and related reporting.
• Act as a primary contact for external auditors and support statutory reporting and audits.
• Support internal controls and compliance activities.
• Oversee accounts receivable and VAT-related processes, coordinating with customer service, supply chain, and other relevant stakeholders.

Experience and Qualifications

Candidates should possess 2-5 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting roles. The role requires a strong understanding of financial reporting standards and internal control frameworks.
