About the Role

Marriott International is seeking a Guest Experience Expert for a full-time position in Makkah. This role focuses on creating memorable and unique experiences for guests throughout their stay, moving beyond standard check-in and check-out procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Initiating and delivering a wide range of services to guide guests through their entire stay.
• Processing operational needs and addressing guest requests efficiently.
• Completing necessary reports and sharing highlights of the local area with guests.
• Ensuring all transactions contribute positively to the overall guest experience.
• Maintaining a professional appearance, uniform, and communication style.
• Upholding quality standards and following company policies and procedures.
• Protecting company assets and maintaining confidentiality.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
• Capability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance.
