About the Role

Marriott International is seeking a Guest Experience Expert for a full-time position in Makkah. This role focuses on providing a comprehensive and memorable experience for guests, extending beyond standard check-in and check-out procedures. The Guest Experience Expert is empowered to proactively support guests throughout their stay, ensuring all interactions contribute positively to their overall experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Initiating and offering a wide range of services to guide guests throughout their stay.
• Handling operational needs and responding to guest requests efficiently.
• Preparing reports as required.
• Sharing information on local points of interest with guests.
• Ensuring that all transactions are integrated into the overall guest experience.
• Maintaining a safe workplace and adhering to all company policies and procedures.
• Protecting company assets and maintaining confidentiality.
• Adhering to quality standards in all tasks.
• Ensuring professional appearance, uniform, and communication at all times.
• Performing all assigned tasks accurately to ensure guest satisfaction and business continuity.

Physical Requirements

The role of Guest Experience Expert requires physical activity, including standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods. It also involves hands-on work such as moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 10 pounds ( kg) without assistance. Candidates must be able to perform these tasks effectively.

Qualifications and Experience

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Related Work Experience: No related work experience is required (0-1 years).
• Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience is required.
