Role Overview

The Guest Services Associate will manage guest interactions, including check-ins, bookings, and payments. Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide professional customer service.
• Manage guest check-ins, waivers, bookings, and payments.
• Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries.
• Assist with birthday parties, group bookings, and general reservations.
• Support retail and front-desk transactions.
• Handle customer questions and basic issue resolution.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
• Coordinate with the operations and management teams as required.
