About the Opportunity

Tamer Services Company (TSC) is partnering with a prominent group in Saudi Arabia to recruit an Internal Auditor for Holding Companies. This full-time role is based in Makkah, with operations spanning Jeddah and Makkah. The position is critical for strengthening governance, enhancing internal controls, and driving risk management across the business.

Role Overview

The Internal Auditor will be responsible for leading and executing internal audit activities within the holding company structure. This involves evaluating the effectiveness of internal controls, governance processes, and risk management frameworks to ensure compliance and operational efficiency. The role requires 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the annual risk-based internal audit plan.
• Lead financial, operational, and compliance audits across the organization.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls, governance processes, and risk management frameworks.
• Identify control gaps and provide practical recommendations to improve business processes and mitigate risks.
• Monitor the implementation of audit recommendations and corrective action plans.
• Prepare and present audit reports to senior management and relevant committees.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, policies, and industry standards.
• Lead and develop internal audit team members while driving continuous improvement initiatives.
• Partner with business leaders to promote a strong culture of governance and accountability.

Required Experience

Candidates should possess 2 to 5 years of experience in internal audit, preferably within a holding company or a similar complex organizational structure. This experience should include a proven track record in leading audits and implementing risk management strategies.

Work Location

This full-time position is based in Makkah, Saudi Arabia, with responsibilities extending to operations in Jeddah and Makkah. The role requires regular presence and engagement across these locations.
