About the Role

Tamer Consumer is seeking an IT Supply Chain Applications Specialist to provide functional and technical support for Supply Chain and Demand Planning systems. This full-time role is based in Jeddah or Makkah, Makkah region, and involves supporting the transition from Oracle EBS to Oracle Fusion, as well as maintaining the Slim4 demand planning system. The specialist will focus exclusively on enterprise SCM application modules, including Procurement (P2P), Order Management (O2C), Inventory Management, and Demand Planning (Slim4).

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor system performance, resolve incidents, and manage service requests within defined SLAs.
  • Collaborate with Procurement, Planning, Warehouse, Logistics, and Manufacturing teams to gather requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
  • Perform daily monitoring and error resolution for data synchronizations between Slim4 Demand Planning, Oracle SCM modules, and external vendor/procurement portals.
  • Resolve stuck interface records, such as pending inventory movements, unposted receipt transactions, order sync failures, and purchase order approval stuck workflows.
  • Execute functional regression test scripts for quarterly Oracle Fusion SCM module updates and Slim4 system upgrades.
  • Define clear criteria for escalating complex application bugs, custom code failures, and system configuration changes to the IT Supply Chain Lead.
  • Maintain SCM master data integrity, including item masters, bill of materials (BOMs), unit of measure (UOM) conversions, and supplier master configurations.
  • Analyze current supply chain processes (procure-to-pay, plan-to-produce, order-to-cash, warehouse operations) and recommend system enhancements or automation opportunities.
  • Ensure data integrity and consistency across procurement, inventory, and logistics systems.
  • Support internal and external audit requests related to supply chain systems and controls.
  • Maintain documentation of configurations, processes, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Support the design and maintenance of supply chain KPIs, dashboards, and reports (*, inventory turns, on-time delivery, fill rate, procurement cycle time) via BI tools or native application reporting.
  • Develop and maintain digital workflow automations utilizing RPA tools and the Google Workspace ecosystem (AppSheet, Google Apps Script) to eliminate manual supply chain data entry and optimize inventory management processes.
  • Manage user access, roles, and segregation-of-duties (SOD) controls in compliance with audit and compliance requirements.
  • Support the ongoing enterprise transformation to Oracle Fusion by executing test scripts, validating data migration for SCM modules, and guiding users through User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Undertake other duties or assignments as required by management.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of relevant experience.
