Key Responsibilities:
- Allocate, maintain, and troubleshoot IT equipment within Amazon Operations.
- Handle support requests and procedures across the network.
- Assist in training new hires.
- Continuously learn new technologies.
- Support customers in various buildings, along with remote assistance.
- Physically manage and move equipment weighing up to 49lbs and stand or walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours.
- Travel locally or regionally to meet customer needs.
Basic Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience supporting Windows, Mac, or Linux operating systems.
- Proven troubleshooting experience with integrated and interdependent computer systems.
- Experience maintaining and troubleshooting zebra thermal printers, PCs, and scanners.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, Cisco/CCNA, Linux, or AWS.
- Strong experience in high customer service environments.
