Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to colleagues for IT hardware and software problems.
• Diagnose and resolve IT issues, escalating complex problems when necessary.
• Assist in the maintenance and management of IT infrastructure and devices.
• Install, configure, and update software applications and operating systems.
• Conduct regular system checks, backups, and software updates.

About the Role:
The IT Support Technician is responsible for providing comprehensive technical assistance and support for computer systems, hardware, and software applications across the organization. This position requires a proactive attitude, strong analytical skills, and the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical users.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first-line support for end-users experiencing hardware and software issues.
• Set up, configure, and maintain computer systems, peripheral devices, and network equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot network connectivity issues.
• Assist in the management of user accounts and access controls.
• Document issues and resolutions in the IT support ticketing system.
• Conduct regular system maintenance and updates.
• Educate users on best practices to improve operational productivity.
• Collaborate with senior technical staff for complex issues.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of two years of experience in technical support.
• Proven experience with computer hardware, software, and networking.
• Strong communication skills to provide technical support.
• Familiarity with Windows, Linux, and Mac OS.

Job Summary:
The Treasury Senior Accountant is responsible for managing the company’s treasury activities, ensuring efficient cash flow, banking operations, and financial risk management. This role supports the Finance Department with accurate reporting, liquidity forecasting, and ensuring compliance with internal controls and financial policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily cash position and liquidity to ensure sufficient funds are available for operational needs
• Monitor and reconcile bank accounts, prepare daily cash reports, and handle intercompany transfers
• Coordinate with banks for facilities, transfers, and other transactions
• Prepare periodic cash flow forecasts and variance analysis
• Support the month-end closing process, including bank reconciliations and treasury-related journal entries
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and procedures related to treasury and banking activities
• Liaise with internal departments regarding payments and funding requirements
• Support audit requests and provide relevant documentation
• Participate in process improvement and automation initiatives related to treasury functions

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in treasury or corporate finance, preferably within the real estate sector
• Strong experience in budgeting, banking operations, and financial planning
• Solid understanding of treasury functions, banking processes, and liquidity management
• Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus
