About the NesTalent Trainee Program

Nestlé is seeking a NesTalent Trainee Commercial Development to join its team in Jiddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is designed for fresh graduates with 0-1 years of experience. The NesTalent program is a fast-track development initiative focused on nurturing future leaders across key business areas within Nestlé Middle East and North Africa (MENA).

Role and Program Structure

As a Commercial Development Graduate Trainee, you will embark on an immersive 24-month program, which includes several rotations across different teams. This journey provides exposure to diverse marketing-focused streams within Nestlé's categories. The program aims to enhance existing skillsets and develop knowledge and expertise in Commercial Development and core business functions.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a relevant field with a very good GPA.
• Fresh graduate with limited work experience (0-1 years).
• Fluency in English.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a multi-functional environment and interact with teams and business partners.
• Capability to operate in a fast-moving environment and manage time effectively.
• Curious, enthusiastic, and a fast learner with strong interpersonal skills.
• Strong passion for bridging marketing and sales functions.
