The Role of Pre Post Sales Engineer

The Pre Post Sales Engineer is a full-time, on-site position based in Jeddah, Makkah. This role involves supporting the sales team through both pre-sales and post-sales activities for retail and industrial technology solutions. The position requires 0-1 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Support pre-sales activities by understanding customer requirements and preparing technical proposals.
• Conduct product demonstrations and provide solution recommendations for retail and industrial technology.
• Coordinate with clients to clarify technical needs and assist with system configuration.
• Ensure smooth implementation and handover of solutions.
• Deliver technical support and troubleshoot issues post-sales.
• Train end users on implemented systems.
• Maintain strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Collaborate with internal teams and global technology partners to ensure accurate deployment and optimization of solutions.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Ability to understand customer technical requirements.
• Proficiency in preparing technical proposals and conducting product demonstrations.
• Skills in system configuration and technical troubleshooting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client coordination and user training.

Work Environment

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Jeddah. The Pre Post Sales Engineer will work closely with sales teams, clients, internal departments, and global technology partners.
