The Role: Rotating Technician II

KBR is seeking a Rotating Technician II to join their team in Rabigh or Makkah, Makkah region. This full-time position involves maintaining rotating equipment in optimal condition, performing installations, and executing maintenance and repair tasks on rotating equipment and mechanical systems according to established standards. The role requires 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Allocate maintenance activities to technicians and assemble the necessary team.
• Supervise ongoing jobs and provide progress updates to the Foreman.
• Organize manpower resources, equipment, and material availability for tasks.
• Arrange necessary work permits prior to commencing work.
• Provide technical advice to technicians regarding the proper use of tools and equipment.
• Coordinate with Operations, Maintenance Planning, and Technical departments to execute and complete jobs efficiently.
• Ensure accurate SAP data input, history, and actual hours are maintained.
• Attend daily and weekly maintenance progress meetings.

Safety and Compliance

• Maintain strict compliance with SATORP standards and guidelines.
• Ensure adherence to safe work practices, hazardous work regulations, and PPE usage according to SATORP standards.
• Encourage the reporting of near misses, unsafe conditions, and acts.
• Participate in Safety audits.
• Attend scheduled Safety and Technical training sessions.

Required Experience

Candidates should possess 2-5 years of experience in maintaining rotating equipment and mechanical systems.
