About the Role

Panda Retail Company – Savola Group is seeking a Supervisor, Operations Ambient KAEC DC to join their team in Makkah, specifically covering Rabigh and Makkah cities. This full-time role focuses on ensuring service delivery targets are met within the Distribution Center (DC) through effective resource and workload management, while upholding company policies, ethics, and core values.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage resources and workloads to ensure the DC's service delivery targets are achieved.
• Supervise the DC operations system process in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Drive Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure they are met and achieved through effective people and resource management.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality requirements for both equipment and stock.
• Monitor the completion of daily tasks within the DC.
• Provide daily reports with a focus on productivity, manpower utilization, and time management.
• Monitor and control consumable supplies and overtime.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this position should possess 2-5 years of relevant experience in operations or a similar supervisory role, preferably within a distribution center environment. The role requires a strong understanding of operational processes and the ability to manage teams effectively.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in the Makkah region, covering operations in Rabigh and Makkah. The role operates within a dynamic distribution center environment, requiring consistent adherence to operational procedures and safety standards.
