About the Role

Jumpino is seeking a Trampoline Park Supervisor / Team Leader to oversee daily operations and ensure a safe, enjoyable experience for guests. This full-time position is based in Taif, Makkah, and involves leading a team while maintaining operational standards on the park floor.

Role Overview

The Supervisor / Team Leader will play a key role in supporting the team, upholding safety protocols, and ensuring a positive experience for all visitors. This position requires an individual who can lead by example and maintain smooth park operations during assigned shifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day park activities during assigned shifts.
• Lead and motivate team members on the park floor.
• Enforce safety rules and ensure all procedures are followed consistently.
• Act as the primary point of contact for guest questions or issues.
• Support staff training and the onboarding process for new team members.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures for the park.
• Monitor cleanliness, conduct equipment checks, and maintain overall park presentation.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Previous experience in a team leader or customer-facing role is preferred.
• Strong understanding of customer service principles and safety awareness.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Comfortable being active and engaged on the trampoline park floor.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
