Jumpino is seeking an Assistant Trampoline Park Manager to support daily operations and provide leadership to the team. This full-time role is based in Taif, Makkah, Saudi Arabia, and involves maintaining safety, service, and a positive environment for guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Park Manager with day-to-day operational tasks.
• Supervise staff during shifts and provide on-the-floor leadership.
• Ensure adherence to all safety rules, procedures, and guest guidelines.
• Assist with staff training, scheduling, and performance support.
• Manage customer inquiries, feedback, and incident reports.
• Oversee parties, events, and floor operations during peak times.
• Maintain park cleanliness, conduct equipment checks, and uphold overall park standards.
