The Role of Warehouse Team Leader

Basamh Group is seeking a Warehouse Team Leader for a full-time position in Jeddah or Makkah. This role involves leading and coordinating outbound warehouse operations to ensure efficient order processing, timely dispatch, and adherence to safety and quality standards within operational constraints. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan daily tasks based on order volume and transactions to ensure on-time processing and dispatch.
• Supervise warehouse administrators and outsourced labor for tasks such as picking, loading, off-loading, segregation, and put-away, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
• Ensure proper material handling, quality, and safety compliance by following warehouse guidelines.
• Monitor daily outbound volumes and allocate resources to meet delivery timelines.
• Participate in cycle counts and inventory checks, reporting discrepancies to the supervisor and inventory controller.
• Coordinate with Inventory Management teams for smooth execution of inbound, outbound, transfer, and cross-dock operations.
• Prepare and submit daily reports on department activities and KPIs.
• Adhere to company policies and safety procedures to promote a secure work environment.
• Provide on-the-job training, coaching, and mentorship to enhance team performance and development.
• Identify and address training needs for the team to improve overall productivity and efficiency.

Required Experience

• 2-5 years of experience in warehouse operations or a similar leadership role.
