AI & Digital Transformation Consultant

About the Role

بروج المدينة للتطوير العقاري is seeking an AI & Digital Transformation Consultant to join their team in Medina. This full-time role focuses on leveraging AI platforms and tools to drive business development and transform traditional processes into integrated electronic systems. The position requires a professional with a strong understanding of AI, digital transformation, and system building, with a preference for candidates possessing a legal background or experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze current company systems and procedures.
• Convert paper-based procedures, policies, and forms into electronic systems.
• Design and develop workflows for internal processes.
• Build AI-driven solutions and automation.
• Integrate various tools and platforms to meet company requirements.
• Develop systems for document management, approvals, tracking, and reporting.
• Contribute to the digitization of HR procedures, contracts, management, sales, and projects.
• Evaluate and select suitable AI tools for specific use cases.
• Train employees on new systems and tools.
• Prepare and develop operational policies and procedures.
• Monitor digital transformation projects and measure their outcomes.
• Collaborate directly with senior management and various departments to identify development needs.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• 7 to 12 years of practical experience in a corporate environment, at a Mid-Senior to Senior level.
• Proven experience in company development, digital transformation, and building systems with automated procedures.
• Strong understanding of AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Microsoft Copilot or equivalent.
• Experience with automation tools including n8n, Make, Zapier, or Power Automate.
• Ability to analyze processes and convert them into applicable electronic systems.
• Good understanding of Workflow and Business Process Automation.
• Experience in direct dealings with senior management.
• Strong problem-solving skills, project management capabilities, and inter-departmental coordination.
• Background or experience in legal consulting or legal affairs.
• Good understanding of contracts, policies, regulations, and administrative procedures.
• Experience in digitizing contracts, approvals, and legal procedures.
• Experience in real estate development or investment companies.
• Previous experience in building internal systems for companies from scratch.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position within بروج المدينة للتطوير العقاري, requiring direct collaboration with senior management and various departments to identify and implement development needs. The role is based in Medina.
