About the Role

Martin Marietta is seeking an Equipment Operator to join our team in Medina, Al Madinah. This full-time position involves performing operational and manual tasks within manufacturing, supply chain, or other operational environments. The successful candidate will work under close supervision, executing clearly defined methods and tasks with limited autonomy.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform equipment operations duties as directed, following established procedures.
• Start, monitor, and regulate equipment in adherence to company guidelines and safety standards.
• Utilize standard operating procedures to troubleshoot malfunctions or issues.
• Adjust equipment under direct supervision to optimize production.
• Undertake additional tasks and assignments as required, including duties outside the typical scope of the role, to support overall team operations and organizational needs.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 year of relevant training or work experience.
• Ability to perform operational or manual tasks, typically in manufacturing, supply chain, or operational settings.
• Capable of working under close supervision with limited autonomy.
• Proficiency in following clearly defined methods and detailed tasks.
