About Ninja and the Ground Operations Team Member Role

Ninja is seeking a Ground Operations Team Member to join its team in the Al Madinah region, covering operations in Yanbu and Medina. This full-time role is essential for ensuring the smooth execution of daily field operations and maintaining high standards across all locations.

Role Purpose and Contribution

The Ground Operations Team Member will be responsible for fieldwork, including regular visits to branches and collection points. The primary objective is to monitor and support captains, ensuring adherence to operational standards and contributing to overall efficiency and quality performance within the ground operations framework.

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule and conduct daily visits to monitor the performance of stores and collection points associated with captains.
• Ensure newly onboarded captains receive effective training in accordance with Ninja's operational standards.
• Regularly inspect captain waiting areas and workspaces to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Monitor and improve captain performance, focusing on key operational areas such as on-time delivery, uniform compliance, accurate form submission, and proper issue escalation to ground supervisors.
• Record captain performance based on trip completion, track achievement of daily delivery goals, and report issues and areas for improvement in the delivery journey to the responsible party.
• Report all captain-related issues promptly.

Qualifications and Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• A diploma or certification in logistics, supply chain, or a related field is preferred.
• 0-1 years of relevant experience is required.
• Experience in coordinating with drivers or captains and ensuring compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Required Skills and Knowledge

• Basic understanding of logistics and ground handling operations.
• Basic computer literacy and experience with Microsoft Office or logistics software.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Knowledge of safety and security protocols in a logistics or aviation environment.

Work Location

This full-time position is based in the Al Madinah region, with operations primarily covering Yanbu and Medina. Candidates should be prepared for fieldwork across these locations.
