Ninja 🥷🏽 نينجا is seeking a full-time Ground Operations Team Member to join its team in Ḩā’il, Ha'il, Saudi Arabia. This role is designed for individuals with 0-1 years of experience who are committed to fieldwork and ensuring the seamless execution of daily operations. The successful candidate will play a key part in maintaining operational efficiency and ensuring top-quality performance across all designated locations.

Role Overview

The Ground Operations Team Member operates primarily in the field, conducting visits to various branches and collection points. A core aspect of this position involves monitoring captains and verifying that all operational standards are consistently met. This role is instrumental in upholding service quality and optimizing ground logistics performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct daily visits to monitor the performance of stores and collection points associated with captains.
• Ensure newly onboarded captains receive effective training in accordance with Ninja's operational standards.
• Regularly inspect captain waiting areas and workspaces to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Monitor and improve captain performance across key operational areas, including on-time delivery, uniform compliance, accurate form submission, and proper issue escalation to ground supervisors.
• Record captain performance during ground trips, track achievement of daily delivery goals, and report issues or areas for improvement in the delivery journey to the responsible parties.
• Report all captain-related operational issues to ensure timely resolution and continuous improvement.

Qualifications and Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• A diploma or certification in logistics, supply chain, or a related field is preferred.
• Basic understanding of logistics and ground handling operations.
• Basic computer literacy and experience with Microsoft Office or logistics software.
• Demonstrated experience in coordinating with drivers or captains and ensuring compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Knowledge of safety and security protocols within a logistics or aviation environment.
