Junior Sales Engineer Air Compressor Saudi Engineers Only

About the Role

Khayira Holding Company is seeking a Junior Sales Engineer for its Air Compressor and Forklift Division. This full-time position is based in Medina, Al Madinah, Saudi Arabia, and is open to Saudi Engineers only. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, promoting compressed air and forklift solutions, and providing technical and commercial support to customers within an assigned territory. This position combines technical expertise with sales skills to ensure customer satisfaction and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell compressed air systems, dryers, filters, piping, forklift solutions, and related products to industrial clients and warehouses.
• Conduct technical assessments to understand customer requirements and propose suitable system solutions.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations to demonstrate how products meet client needs.
• Generate and follow up on sales leads to achieve assigned targets and expand market share.
• Develop quotations, cost estimates, and tender documents in coordination with engineering and project teams.
• Maintain regular communication with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities.
• Support after-sales service by coordinating with service engineers and ensuring prompt technical support.
• Conduct site visits and system evaluations to provide tailored solutions and troubleshoot issues.
• Collaborate with the Regional Sales Manager to execute regional sales strategies and achieve team goals.
• Keep up to date with market trends, competitor activities, pricing strategies, and emerging technologies in compressed air systems and forklift solutions.
• Maintain accurate records in the company's CRM and prepare periodic reports on sales performance and forecasts.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 year of experience in a relevant field.
• Technical expertise in air compressor systems and forklift solutions.
• Strong sales skills.
• This position is open to Saudi Engineers only.
