The Role of Reservations Agent

Accor is seeking a professional Reservations Agent to join the team at Novotel Madinah. This full-time role involves managing guest reservations across various channels, providing customer service, and contributing to hotel occupancy and revenue. The Reservations Agent will operate within a dynamic team committed to delivering hospitality experiences in Medina.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle and process room reservations accurately and efficiently.
• Respond to guest inquiries via phone, email, and booking platforms.
• Update, modify, and cancel reservations in the system as required.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth guest experiences.
• Promote hotel services and upsell when opportunities arise.
• Monitor online travel agent (OTA) messages and booking requests.
• Maintain accurate reservation records and prepare daily reports.
• Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction and professionalism.
