Storekeeper

About the Role

Talent Diamond is seeking a Storekeeper to join the warehouse operations team of a leading FMCG and beverage company in Medina, Al Madinah. This is a full-time position requiring 0-1 years of experience.

Role Overview

The Storekeeper is responsible for the daily activities within the warehouse, ensuring efficient operations from material receipt to issuance. This includes managing stock, controlling inventory, and maintaining precise records of all warehouse transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Check and verify received materials, documents, quantities, and storage conditions.
• Coordinate daily receiving activities and maintain accurate records of raw materials in the warehouse and ERP system.
• Record materials in the ERP system and ensure correct barcode tagging and storage.
• Issue raw materials to Production according to approved requests and inventory procedures.
• Apply inventory control methods such as FIFO, LIFO, par levels, and average cost where required.
• Monitor warehouse space, raw materials, and equipment to ensure proper storage conditions.
• Conduct regular and monthly stock checks and reconcile physical inventory with ERP system balances.
• Maintain accurate warehouse documentation and transaction records.
• Support stock control activities and report any discrepancies or material issues.
• Follow all applicable safety, health, and environmental procedures during warehouse operations.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Experience in FMCG, food and beverage, manufacturing, warehousing, logistics, inventory control, or raw material handling is highly preferred.

Work Environment

This role is based in Medina, Al Madinah, within the warehouse operations team of a leading FMCG and beverage company. The position is full-time.
