Supervisor Training

About the Role

Sheraton Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Supervisor Training to join our team in Al Madinah (Medina). This full-time role involves developing and delivering training programs to support staff development and operational efficiency. The position requires 0-1 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with managers and department heads to assess staffing and recruitment needs, open requisitions, and required qualifications.
• Develop learning strategies and plans based on identified deficiencies from needs assessments.
• Design, develop, and produce training materials, including facilitator/participant workbooks, manuals, brochures, job aids, and posters.
• Prepare for and conduct training classes, including material organization, setup, and breakdown.
• Design and create interactive training content in various formats.
• Deliver stand-up training sessions to groups of employees.
• Monitor and ensure departments conduct safety training and orientation programs.
• Assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, motivating, and coaching employees.

Operational Duties and Standards

• Adhere to all company, safety, and security policies and procedures; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to management.
• Ensure personal appearance and uniform are clean and professional.
• Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.
• Communicate professionally and clearly with others; prepare and review written documents accurately and completely.
• Answer telephones using appropriate etiquette.
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships; support team goals; listen and respond appropriately to employee concerns.
• Welcome and acknowledge guests according to company standards, anticipate service needs, assist individuals with disabilities, and thank guests with genuine appreciation.
• Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards.

Physical Requirements and Work Environment

• Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods or an entire work shift.
• Proficiency in using computers and/or point-of-sale systems to enter and locate work-related information.
• Capability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance.
• Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.
