Learning & Development Supervisor

About the Role

Hilton is seeking a Learning & Development Supervisor to join its team in Riyadh, Riyadh. This full-time role involves developing and implementing comprehensive training and development programs for team members, with a focus on enhancing skills and performance across the hotel. The supervisor will assess training needs, design and update courses, and manage training budgets to ensure effective investment.

Role Purpose

The Learning & Development Supervisor is responsible for ensuring that training content aligns with team members' job responsibilities and career paths. This position plays a key role in delivering memorable experiences for guests by supporting the development of hotel team members and fostering a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, plan, and deliver hotel training programs in alignment with corporate goals and industry standards, covering topics such as harassment-free workplace, diversity, new team member orientation, leadership, and service.
• Conduct meetings with department managers, trainers, and team members to review performance trends, develop action plans, and recognize achievements.
• Assess existing training initiatives, identify opportunities for enhancement, and recommend solutions to address specific department needs.
• Track, maintain, and audit individual team member training records using designated systems and tools.
• Manage and monitor department-specific training programs, including alcohol awareness, food safety, job skills checklists, and educational assistance.
• Supervise and support team members, monitor performance, provide coaching, and foster a positive and productive work environment.

Experience and Qualifications

Candidates for this role should possess 2-5 years of relevant experience in learning and development, preferably within the hospitality sector. The position requires a professional who can effectively manage training initiatives and contribute to team member growth.
