About the Occupational Health and Safety Supervisor Role

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Health and Safety Supervisor to join our team in Najran. This full-time position is crucial for ensuring a safe working environment and compliance with all relevant regulations. The role involves proactive monitoring, investigation, and the development of safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor the implementation of occupational safety and health laws, regulations, and instructions within facilities.
• Conduct various inspections at work sites, including periodic and emergency safety and health checks.
• Record inspection results and compare them against approved standards.
• Prepare and maintain measurement equipment for environmental factors.
• Measure environmental factors such as temperature, humidity, and vibration using appropriate devices and document the results.
• Follow up on hazard mitigation with relevant authorities.
• Investigate accidents and injuries, preparing necessary documentation and conducting thorough investigations.
• Document the findings of accident and injury investigations.
• Prepare and issue occupational safety and health instructions, safe work procedures, and evacuation plans.
• Educate employees on established safety instructions and procedures.
• Prepare and submit work reports, ensuring proper documentation and record-keeping.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 2 years and a maximum of 5 years of relevant experience in occupational health and safety.
