Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing and cooking an array of menu items from various cuisines.
• Follow recipes and plating guidelines to ensure quality and presentation.
• Collaborate with the Head Chef to manage daily kitchen operations.
• Prepare ingredients and organize supplies efficiently for service.
• Maintain high cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards.
• Support stock rotation, perform inventory checks, and minimize food waste.
• Work with team members to guarantee smooth service, especially during peak hours.
• Help set up and clear the kitchen before and after shifts.

Job Requirements:

• Preferred previous experience in a kitchen, line cook, or food preparation.
• Experience with multi-cuisine food preparation is advantageous.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards is essential.
• Flexible to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physically capable of thriving in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
