We are looking for a "salesperson" to work in one of our branches. The main responsibility is to assist customers in selecting glasses and eye care products, achieving sales goals, and ensuring a distinctive customer experience in the store. Main tasks: Welcoming customers and assisting them in selecting the appropriate products. Achieving the specified sales targets for the branch. Organizing and arranging products inside the store and maintaining the overall appearance. Required qualifications: Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with customers. Working days: 6 days a week, 8 working hours including a one-hour break. Flexibility to work on changing shift systems (one shift of work but may change according to need). Available shifts (morning shift: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM or evening shift: 3:30 PM – 11:30 PM). Enthusiasm and a desire for professional development and growth. Benefits: Fixed salary + commissions on sales when achieving the target. Medical insurance. Registration in social insurance is mandatory. A clear opportunity for career development and promotion.
