Job Duties:

* Managing the branch and overseeing the workflow completely.
* Organizing and directing female employees and following up on their performance.
* Receiving clients and dealing with them in the field and directly.
* Explaining studio packages and services and guiding clients.
* Handling client feedback and complaints and resolving issues quickly and professionally.
* Following up on the branch's needs and shortages and ensuring its continuous readiness.
* Coordinating with the online customer service team.
* Taking responsibility for organizing the branch, maintaining service quality, and customer experience.

Required Conditions:

* Strong leadership personality with a clear ability to manage.
* Social, eloquent, and skilled in dealing with different personalities.
* Ability to act in difficult situations and make appropriate decisions.
* High skill in problem-solving and dealing with clients.
* Distinctive presence, charisma, and self-confidence.
* Commitment, discipline, and responsibility.
* Previous experience in management, customer service, or branch supervision is preferred.

📍 Location: Al-Narjis neighborhood – Riyadh
🕑 Working Hours: From 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM
💰 Salary: From to 4,000 SAR, to be determined based on experience and commitment.
