Job Description

We are looking for a manager to manage leasing and property management with at least 3 years of professional experience in the real estate management sector, to lead leasing operations and efficiently and professionally oversee property management. The candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of leasing, enhancing tenant experience, achieving the highest occupancy rates, and increasing revenue, contributing to the achievement of the company's goals.

Responsibilities:

* Manage the entire tenant lifecycle, from search and marketing to contract signing and maintenance.

* Develop and implement effective leasing strategies to increase occupancy rates and reduce vacancies.

* Oversee property maintenance and repairs to ensure a safe and attractive environment for tenants.

* Prepare financial reports related to revenues, expenses, and budget management.

* Build strong relationships with tenants, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
