Role Overview

The Operations Manager will oversee the operational aspects of the finishing and furnishing sector. This role involves translating strategic objectives into actionable plans, optimizing operational efficiency, and ensuring high-quality service delivery to maintain customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations, ensuring a smooth workflow across all departments.
• Develop and implement actionable plans with clear Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) derived from company strategies.
• Enhance operational efficiency and optimize costs while upholding product quality standards.
• Supervise direct and indirect managers, fostering a supportive work environment.
• Monitor service quality to ensure customer satisfaction and provide regular reports to senior management.
• Effectively manage operational risks and crises.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in operations management.
• Specific experience within companies specializing in the finishing and furnishing sector is required.
