WE ARE HIRING – FEMALE ASSISTANT PASTRY CHEF

Job Type: Full-Time

YUME Desserts is looking for a reliable and hardworking Female Assistant Pastry Chef to join our kitchen team.

Key Responsibilities:

* Prepare cheesecakes, cookies, brownies, and other desserts according to approved recipes.

* Assist with daily production, baking, cutting, portioning, and packaging.

* Prepare and organize customer and café supply orders.

* Maintain consistent product quality, taste, and presentation.

* Monitor ingredients, stock levels, and expiry dates.

* Maintain kitchen cleanliness and food safety standards.

* Support product trials and new dessert development.

* Manage assigned production tasks independently when required.

Requirements:

* Previous experience in a bakery, pastry shop, or dessert kitchen.

* Basic knowledge of baking, food preparation, and kitchen hygiene.

* Ability to follow recipes accurately and work independently.

* Organized, reliable, and able to work under pressure.

* Currently based in Riyadh is preferred.

* Valid work authorization or transferable sponsorship, where applicable.

Salary: Based on experience and qualifications.
