Job Description

Our company is looking for creative technical workshop managers to join our innovative team. You will be responsible for managing and organizing technical workshops, ensuring a stimulating learning experience for participants. We invite creative individuals with experience in managing artistic events and the ability to inspire others to apply.

**Tasks and Responsibilities:**

* Full supervision of the technical workshops.

* Preparing the workshop venue before the event.

* Arranging tools and materials and ensuring their readiness.

* Receiving participants and organizing the registration process.

* Coordinating with trainers and ensuring their readiness.

* Explaining the workshop mechanism to participants.

* Familiarity with handicraft and fine arts skills and the ability to develop them.

* Monitoring the workshop's adherence to the schedule.

* Supervising the quality of workshop execution and providing a professional experience.

* Resolving any observations or problems that may occur during the workshop.

* Monitoring attendance and managing participant lists.

* Ensuring all materials are available throughout the workshop.

* Quickly compensating for shortages during operation.

* Maintaining the cleanliness and order of the workspace before, during, and after the workshop.

* Supervising the dismantling and reassembly of tools after the workshop.

* Inventorying tools and materials after each event.

* Submitting a report after each workshop including attendance, observations, and needs.

* Documenting workshops with photos or videos when needed.

* Coordinating with the venue management or host organization.

* Monitoring the application of safety instructions and preserving the venue's property.

* Assisting in organizing participant movement within the workshop.

* Providing suggestions for developing the workshop experience and improving execution quality.

* Representing the organization professionally and dealing politely with clients and visitors.

* Performing any other operational tasks related to workshops as needed.

Required Qualifications

* Preferably, experience in organizing events or technical workshops.

* Excellent organization and time management skills.

* Ability to withstand work pressure.

* High communication skills with various groups.

* Leadership personality and decision-making ability.

* Commitment and punctuality.

* Ability to work within a team.

* Preferably, having transportation within Riyadh city.

* Flexibility in working hours and working in the evening or on weekends according to workshop schedules.

Requirements

Requires 2-5 Years experience
Beginner in English
